The pools’ opening hours are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• During the low season (15 October – 15 May), the heated pool and the jacuzzi will be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Pool operating hours and closures may be adjusted by management in response to weather conditions or other relevant factors.
I. Access to the pool areas is exclusively reserved for individuals authorized to be on the premises. Guests are the responsibility of the inviting resident and must be accompanied by them at all times while on the premises.
II. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
III. The jacuzzi is not permitted for children under the age of 5.
IV. Any behaviour deemed dangerous in or around the pools, such as running, bomb-diving, immersing people under water, etc., is strictly prohibited.
V. Appropriate bathing attire is mandatory.
VI. No glass in or around the pools.
VII. The consumption of any food or beverages within the pools is strictly prohibited.
VIII. Pets are not allowed in the pool areas.
IX. Smoking is forbidden in the pool areas.
X. Floating devices are prohibited in the pools, with the exception of training arm bands and life vests for children.
XI. No ball games.
XII. Excessive noise and the use of audio devices are not allowed (only permitted when using personal headphones).
XIII. Don’t reserve sunbeds.
XIV. The placement of sunbeds, chairs, tables, or other items on the wooden deck is prohibited.
XV. In the infinity pool, walking, standing, sitting, or lying on the infinity (overflow) wall is strictly forbidden.
XVI. No tanning-oil in the pool.
XVII. Long hair should be fastened before entering the pool.
XVIII. For hygiene purposes, it is highly recommended to use the shower before and after entering the pool.
